ICP DAS introduces the ECO Series Energy Efficiency Controller (ECO-2105), purpose-built for chilled water system energy optimization. The solution integrates data acquisition, AI-driven analytics, and visualization capabilities to help enterprises significantly improve energy efficiency.
When paired with the UA Series Data Concentrator, which supports the Modbus communication protocol, the system enables seamless integration with power meters, water temperature sensors, flow meters, and pressure gauges, allowing rapid deployment of a comprehensive energy monitoring architecture.
The product is designed around a “three-step rapid deployment” concept. By selecting devices, connecting data sources, and applying templates, users can quickly complete system setup, while the system automatically generates energy consumption models and optimization parameters.
Built-in energy efficiency indicators, 3D flow diagrams, and live trend dashboards transform large volumes of data into real-time insights, enabling precise monitoring of equipment operating conditions.
In addition, the AI-assisted reporting function utilizes a syntax-based import mechanism to automatically convert large volumes of monitoring data into professional energy efficiency analysis reports. Combined with communication redundancy and data backup mechanisms, the ECO Series ensures system stability and high reliability, helping enterprises reduce operational costs and achieve intelligent energy management.
