Higee Tech Co., Ltd., in collaboration with the AI Application Development Industry-Academia Alliance of National Taipei University of Technology, has developed an "AI-powered Intelligent Fluid Replenishment Monitoring and Management System" for CNC machine tools. Through cloud-based monitoring and statistical analysis, this system assists in the stable operation of water-based cutting fluids in CNC machine tools. Maintenance tasks such as fluid concentration and level maintenance are performed automatically through AI-powered intelligent analysis, reducing manpower and time spent on maintenance operations and increasing uptime and productivity.
