How to Complete the First Automatic Cut on the BS400S in 3 Steps
Step 1 – Enter Parameters on the Touchscreen: Select material type, input cut length and quantity. The CNC system automatically recommends the optimal blade speed and feed rate.
Step 2 – Load the Workpiece and Auto-Position: Place the steel on the feed bed; the servo system drives the ball screws to position the material, and the guide arm moves automatically to the best clamping point.
Step 3 – Start the Fully Automatic Cycle: Press the start button — the BS400S sequentially feeds, clamps, cuts, and ejects the remnant, all without manual intervention.
